Quick reference for the two admin tools, the live workflow, and a short troubleshooting list. Not a manual — read it once, keep the link handy.
Graphics for RollupTV live in two separate admin pages. They look similar but do different jobs.
The per-show driver. Topic, hosts, episode number, headlines, sponsors-on/off, ticker contents, push to air. This is the one you sit in during the show.
The editorial baseline. Logos and sponsors in R2, plus the defaults the overlay falls back to when no show state has been pushed (style colors, header strip, ticker labels, news sources). Edit here when something should be the new normal, not when something should change for tonight only.
If it changes per show → Operations. If it's the house style → Asset Library.
Use this before going on air to pre-stage the next show without disturbing what's currently broadcasting.
SAVE persists the form. It does not change what's on air.
Once you're live, this is the loop.

This is the one thing that confuses operators. Read it twice.
Goes on air immediately.
Broadcasts your current form state to the overlay and persists it. Use this every time something needs to actually change for the audience.
Stages without broadcasting.
Writes your current form state to storage. The on-air overlay does not move. The next admin that loads will pick up your saved state.
The preview won't update — it's still showing what's actually on air. Click the small REFRESH button in the top-right of the preview panel to see your saved state in the preview (without disturbing the broadcast).
The Operations Admin has a STYLE tab for accent color, the top-strip header slots, ticker labels, and frame toggles. Anything you change there rides on PUSH LIVE — it goes out with the rest of the show state.
If you want a style change to stick across shows (e.g., a new permanent accent color), don't just change it in Operations — set it in the Asset Library & Defaults page too. Otherwise the next fresh-loading overlay will fall back to the old default.
Per-show override: Operations only. New house style: both Operations and Defaults.
Check the connection status pill near the top of the admin. If it says RECONNECTING or FAILED, your TARS key isn't getting through. Reload the admin. If still broken, ping Marcelo on Signal — the key may need to be re-pasted.
The crypto/RWA tickers refresh on a server-side cache. New numbers land within ~60 seconds — there's nothing to push from the admin for that. If they've been frozen longer than 5 minutes, ping Marcelo.
That's correct — SAVE does not broadcast. See the SAVE vs PUSH LIVE section above. If you wanted to go live, click PUSH LIVE instead.
Uploads go through the Asset Library page, not Operations. Once it's there and ticked active, reload the Operations Admin — it pulls the sponsor catalog on boot. Then PUSH LIVE.
Hit the REFRESH button in the top-right of the preview panel. That cold-starts the iframe so it picks up the latest saved state and defaults. Doesn't touch what's actually broadcasting.
